Super Bowl Squares 2022
Welcome to this year’s competition!!
Entry:
Entry fee is $10 per square (100 total available).
STEP 1: Use entry form > HERE < to buy a square. Submit again if you want more squares.
STEP 2: eTransfer $10/square to "torontogaels@gmail.com", with password "Squares2022".
Deadline to submit squares is Sunday, February 13th, at 12 noon.
RULES:
Score numbers 0-9 along the X and Y axis will be randomly assigned after the deadline, before kick-off.
In the event there are unsold squares, those will be allocated randomly in a lottery among the entrants.
To ensure prizes are spread out, entrants cannot win multiple prizes. In this scenario, the earlier quarter prize(s) will go to the square(s) beside the winning square, in the order priority of left, above, right, and below, depending on grid position and number of wins.
There is a very minor risk of duplicates, if the same identical square number is submitted via the form, by two different people within 1-2 seconds. In that case the moderator will reach out to the later of the submitters to ask them to pick a different square number.
Moderator's decisions are final.
How it works:
Winners will be determined based on the scores at the end of the 1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, and Final Game score, with cash prizes for each.
The winner is determined by looking at the last number in each team’s score, and then matching those numbers on the grid and seeing which square intersects those two numbers.
For example with RED vs BLUE in the Super Bowl, if the score at the end of the 2nd quarter was RED 23, and BLUE 14. The last number for RED is 3, and the last number for BLUE is 4. The square on the grid that has RED with a number of 3, and BLUE number of 4, would be the winner for that quarter, e.g. square 71 in the example below.
